The 8-hour Basic Training course is required for both the primary Administrator/Manager and alternate Administrator/Manager on the day of Initial Survey.
Information you receive in response to the Letter of Intent provides specific policies and documents expected to be reviewed by the surveyor at Initial Survey. Administrators/Managers are responsible for all requirements written in 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapters 2 and 26. Surveyor questions at Initial Survey will pertain to these regulations.

Basic 8 is required for both the primary Administrator/Manager and alternate Administrator/Manager for all agency types and is expected to be completed on day of Initial Survey.
